Welcome to YouLove. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.youlovecandy.com ("Website") and the purchase of products offered by YouLove, a brand owned and operated by Zuprosh Ventures Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). 

By using this Website, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms and Conditions, or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms and Conditions and your parent or guardian consents to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf. 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. If you violate or do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, then your access to and use of the Website is unauthorized. You shall not use this Website if you are not competent to enter into a contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

In these Terms and Conditions: “Agreement” means the terms and conditions as detailed herein including the privacy policy and will include the references to this Agreement as amended from time to time. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

  • "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Zuprosh Ventures Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India and operating the brand YouLove, together with its successors, affiliates, assigns and authorised representatives. 

  • "Brand" shall mean YouLove and all associated products, packaging, trademarks, logos, content and services offered by the Company.

  • "Website" shall mean www.youlovecandy.com and any associated webpages, subdomains, mobile versions, applications or digital platforms operated by the Company.

  • "User", "Customer", "You", "Your" shall mean any individual, entity, organisation or person who accesses, browses, registers on, interacts with or purchases products through the Website. 

  • "Services" shall mean all services provided by the Company through the Website including browsing, account registration, ordering, payment processing, customer support, delivery facilitation, promotional programmes and related services. "Order" shall mean a request submitted by a User through the Website to purchase one or more Products.

  • "Third Party Service Provider" shall mean any external entity engaged by the Company including payment gateways, logistics partners, courier companies, technology providers, analytics providers, marketing partners or other service providers.

  • "Promotional Offer" shall mean any discount, coupon, cashback, reward programme, giveaway, contest, referral scheme, promotional campaign or special offer made available by the Company from time to time.

If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, ingredients, nutritional information and packaging details are accurate.

• Product images are for illustration purposes only
• Packaging design may vary from time to time
• Colours displayed on screens may differ from actual products
• Product availability may change without notice
• Product specifications may be updated periodically

Minor variations shall not be considered defects.

  1. FOOD SAFETY AND ALLERGEN INFORMATION

YouLove products are intended for human consumption. Certain products may contain or be manufactured in facilities that process:  Milk, Nuts, Milk Solids. Customers with food allergies, sensitivities or dietary restrictions should carefully review ingredient information before consuming any product. YouLove Or Zuprosh ventures Pvt. Ltd.  shall not be responsible for allergic reactions or health issues arising from undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or improper consumption.

  1. CHILD SAFETY NOTICE

Some confectionery products may present a choking hazard to young children. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that products are consumed safely and appropriately. Adult supervision is recommended where necessary.

  1. STORAGE OF PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for storing products in accordance with instructions provided on the packaging. We shall not be liable for any deterioration in product quality resulting from:

• Exposure to heat
• Exposure to moisture
• Improper storage
• Mishandling after delivery
• Consumption beyond recommended usage guidelines

  1. PRICING

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  1. PAYMENT

Payments may be made using approved payment methods available on the Website. All payment transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by payment service providers. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised. We will support the following payment options at YouLove: 

  • Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)

  • UPI (Phone Pe, BHIM, Gpay etc.)

  • Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, etc.)

  • Debit Card (Visa, RuPay, Master Card, etc.)

  • Net banking / Direct Debit payments from select banks. 

  • (A complete list will be made available at the time of checkout process and prior to making payments for any purchases).

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days to your source account, once we receive a confirmation from the bank. 

  1. TAXES

Applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with Indian law. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details for tax invoice generation. GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product’s sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc. The prices for the Products on our Website are inclusive of GST. The discounted prices displayed on the Website are also inclusive of all taxes.

  1. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Promotional campaigns, discount codes, contests, referral programmes and special offers may be offered from time to time. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or withdraw any promotion without notice
• Refuse redemption of promotional codes
• Cancel orders involving abuse of promotional offers
• Restrict participation where misuse is suspected

The Company's decision regarding promotional eligibility shall be final.

  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Misuse of promotional offers
• Compliance concerns
• Unusual purchasing activity

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a refund shall be initiated.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines are between 3 and 7 business days depending on location. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Circumstances beyond our control

We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by third party logistics providers.  Products will be shipped to the address designated by you at the checkout stage, so long as such address is complete. We take no responsibility for orders which are undelivered due to a deficiency in address.

We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.

We shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.

If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including any shipping charges if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.

All orders placed on YouLove will be  dispatched through third party courier partners. A tracking number will be provided by the shipping partner as soon as the parcel is dispatched with which you can check the status & location of the parcel and the estimated delivery date and time. You may change your order’s shipping address before we’ve shipped it by getting in touch with our customer care representatives. Extra charges (if applicable) shall be levied.


  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Due to hygiene, food safety and quality considerations, products sold by YouLove are non-returnable. Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product received
• Tampered packaging received
• Expired product received

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order details. Approval of refunds or replacements remains at the sole discretion of the Company.

  1. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS

Users may submit reviews, testimonials, suggestions, comments or other content. By submitting content, you grant YouLove a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute and display such content for marketing and business purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, unlawful or misleading.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content including:

• Logos
• Brand names
• Product names
• Packaging artwork
• Images
• Videos
• Graphics
• Text
• Website design

are owned by or licensed to YouLove and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or exploited without prior written permission.

  1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

• Violate any applicable law
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems
• Interfere with Website operations
• Upload malicious software
• Copy or scrape Website content
• Misrepresent their identity

  1. THIRD PARTY LINKS

The Website may contain links to third party websites or services. YouLove does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, services or policies of third parties.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouLove makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Product suitability for specific purposes

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouLove's total liability arising from any claim related to products or Website usage shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order. Under no circumstances shall YouLove be liable for:

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Floods
• Fires
• Pandemics
• Labour disputes
• Government actions
• Transportation disruptions
• Internet outages

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any purchase made through the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
