RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At YouLove, we are committed to delivering high quality confectionery products to our customers. We take great care in the packaging, handling and delivery of every order. Due to the nature of food products and in the interest of hygiene, safety and quality assurance, all purchases made through www.youlovecandy.com are subject to the terms set out in this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
By placing an order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
As YouLove products are food items intended for consumption, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered. Food products are non returnable due to hygiene, safety and quality control considerations. Once a product leaves our facility and is delivered to a customer, we cannot verify the conditions under which it has been stored, handled or transported thereafter.
Accordingly, returns based on personal preference, taste expectations, change of mind or ordering errors are not accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
While returns are generally not accepted, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund in limited circumstances where:
• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product delivered is materially different from the product ordered.
• The product is received with tampered, opened or compromised packaging.
• The product has exceeded its stated expiry date at the time of delivery.
• The customer receives an incomplete order due to an error attributable to YouLove.
Any determination regarding eligibility for a refund or replacement shall be made solely by YouLove after review of the information provided by the customer.
3. REPORTING AN ISSUE
Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of delivery. To enable us to investigate the matter, customers may be required to provide:
Order number.
Photographs of the product.
Photographs of the outer shipping package.
Photographs clearly showing the issue being reported.
A brief description of the concern.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review or resolution.
4. INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION
Upon receiving a claim, YouLove reserves the right to review the information provided and conduct any verification considered necessary. Additional photographs, documentation or information may be requested before a decision is made. The Company's decision regarding the validity of a claim shall be final and binding.
5. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, the amount shall generally be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution or payment gateway involved.
While we endeavour to initiate approved refunds promptly, the actual credit of funds may take several business days depending on the policies of the relevant financial institution.
Shipping charges, convenience fees or other ancillary charges may not be refundable except where required by law or where the error is attributable to YouLove.
6. REPLACEMENTS
Where a replacement is approved and replacement inventory is available, YouLove may arrange shipment of a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer. If replacement inventory is unavailable, a refund may be offered at the Company's discretion. Replacement requests shall be processed only after verification and approval of the claim.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed, packed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed, handed over to a courier partner or marked for shipment, cancellation requests may not be accepted. If an eligible cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the customer shall receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of placing an order. YouLove shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from:
Incorrect shipping addresses.
Incorrect contact information.
Customer unavailability during delivery attempts.
Refusal to accept delivery.
In such circumstances, any refund, replacement or reshipment shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
9. PRODUCTS DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY
Once a product has been successfully delivered, the responsibility for proper storage, handling and usage rests with the customer.
YouLove shall not be responsible for damage, deterioration, contamination, melting, breakage or reduction in product quality resulting from improper storage, exposure to heat, moisture, mishandling or delayed consumption after delivery.
10. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE CLAIMS
YouLove reserves the right to reject refund, replacement or cancellation requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, abuse of promotional offers, chargeback abuse, repeated false claims or any attempt to obtain products or refunds through dishonest means.
The Company may also suspend or restrict future purchases from customers engaging in such conduct.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
YouLove shall not be liable for delays, losses, damages or inability to fulfil refund, replacement or delivery obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, labour disputes, internet outages, pandemics or other unforeseen events.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
YouLove reserves the right to modify, amend or update this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any revised version shall become effective upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website following such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
